I’m Beth Nelsen, aka PDXBrokerBeth, a licensed real estate agent proudly affiliated with Keller Williams, a brokerage known for its strong values and proven track record. As an out LGBTQ "elder" having come out in 1994, (I joke I am pre-Ellen), and a person of color, I bring a unique perspective and commitment to inclusivity in every client relationship. I deeply understand the importance of community, belonging, and finding a place to call home.
While I love helping first-time homebuyers take their exciting first steps into homeownership, I also feel deeply called to support those going through some of life’s most difficult and least talked about transitions: divorce and loss.
These moments can be incredibly destabilizing—emotionally, financially, and logistically. Divorce and the death of a loved one often happen in silence, without the support or guidance people truly need. Having personally experienced the challenges of divorce, I understand that weight firsthand. My background in life and relationship coaching informs how I approach these situations: with empathy, clear communication, and steady support, helping clients feel seen and guided through transitional moments.
